Standard Operating Procedures

As a broker of residential real estate is required by New York State Law to adopt Standard Operating Procedures (“SOPs”) that Elliott & Pomeroy Real Estate and its real estate licensees shall uniformly apply regarding prospective buyers prior to receiving any services.

These SOPs are:

1. Elliott & Pomeroy Real Estate does not require identification from a prospective homebuyer.

2. Elliott & Pomeroy Real Estate does not require a homebuyer to sign an exclusive brokerage agreement.

3. Elliott & Pomeroy Real Estate does not require a pre-approval for a mortgage loan in order to show a homebuyer properties.
