Carole joined the company in 1994, became a partner in 2004, and sole owner in 2009. Almost immediately after joining the Company, she began working with certain banks handling their foreclosure portfolios in Sullivan and Delaware Counties, and continues to serve these banks today in the same capacity. Carole has also been very involved in the Sullivan County Multiple Listing Service, serving as past Secretary and President Elect over the last several years and still sits on a several committees for the Board.
Patricia Yelle - Associate Broker
Pat has been in the Real Estate business for over 30 years. She is a former rental broker and office manager in NYC, she is now the Rental Agent for our office, dealing in rentals and management of rental units
Terry Doscher - Associate Broker
A resident of North Branch, Terry joined the company in 2003 after having worked in the Rock Hill area for many years. She has professional experience as an interior decorator.
Catherine Kunz - Sales Associate
Catherine joined the company in 1988. She is originally from Manhattan and loves spending time with her grandchildren and old houses and antiques.
Lillian Raffaela Constant - Sales Associate
Lilly joined the company in 1990 and is originally from Ulster County. Lilly is a talented theatre person and community activist, involved in numerous Community organizations and projects. Lilly is always ready to volunteer her time to help the community grow & prosper.
Keyna Lore Hust - Sales Associate
Those who consider the country dull should spend some time with the energetic and vivacious Keyna Hust. Keyna began her real estate career in 1991 when her daughter entered kindergarten. Now, 15 years later she finds that she is re-listing and selling the same properties she did when first starting!
In her free time Keyna enjoys gourmet cooking, reading and her newest passion, quilting! In addition to quilting seminars, she attends a variety of classes at the community college. As a recent graduate of the “Sullivan Leadership” program she has expanded her local knowledge and greater notoriety in the business community. Keyna, her husband Duane, daughter Amanda and “Jake”, their adorable cocker spaniel, reside on a farm located just out side of Jeffersonville.
Christine Knickerbocker - Sales Associate
A Roscoe native, Christine is an avid outdoorswoman and athlete. Her professional experience includes 16 years in Manhattan working in marketing, communications, branding and publishing. Before returning to live in Sullivan County full-time, she was a faithful weekend warrior; traveling upstate to enjoy the country as do the second home buyers and sellers she represents as an agent today.
