Patricia joined the company in 1978, became a partner in 1984 and sole owner in 1990. Originally from Long Island, Pat has been very active in the Real Estate Industry. She is the past president of the Sullivan County Board of Realtors, the past president and one of the founders of the County Multiple Listing Service. She was Realtor of the Year in 1995. She is a NYS certified instructor in the field of Real Estate and has taught lisencing and continuing education. She is a charter member and one of the founders of the Catskill Mountain Business & Professional Women and was their Woman of the Year in 1998. She is currently the Vice-President of Sullivan County Habitat for Humanity and a member of the Board of Directors of the Sullivan County Partnership for Economic Development. She has served as the elected Town Supervisor for the Town of Rockland for the past 7 years. |

Keyna Lore Hust

Those who consider the country dull should spend some time with the energetic and vivacious Keyna Hust. Keyna began her real estate career in 1991 when her daughter entered kindergarten. Now, 15 years later she finds that she is re-listing and selling the same properties she did when first starting!
In her free time Keyna enjoys gourmet cooking, reading and her newest passion, quilting!
In addition to quilting seminars, she attends a variety of classes at the community college. As a recent graduate of the “Sullivan Leadership” program she has expanded her local knowledge and greater notoriety in the business community. She is also the treasurer of the Jeffersonville Chamber of Commerce.
Keyna, her husband Duane, daughter Amanda and “Jake”, their adorable cocker spaniel, reside on a farm located just out side of Jeffersonville.

Before returning to live in Sullivan County full-time, she was a faithful weekend warrior; traveling upstate to enjoy the country as do the second home buyers and sellers she represents as an agent today. |

Eliot became a full-time area resident in December 2000 after leaving NYC and the world of advertising to purchase a local antique/gift business. He joined the company in August 2004 and cultivated many of his business contacts and relationships into property listings and sales.
